A powerful vocalist and songwriter, Deva is the daughter of legendary blues musician Taj Mahal, with whom she wrote the song Never Let You Go on his Grammy-nominated 2009 album, Maestro.

Deva has performed alongside such legends as Etta James, Martha Reeves, Bettye Lavette, The Roots, Meshell N’Degeocello, Cyndi Lauper, Bilal, Jean Grae and Ronnie Spector.

Deva will be performing at the Olympic alongside her sister Zoe Moon (Mahal).

Zoe is a singer/songwriter with a ukulele in hand and a wealth of songs bursting from her soul. Hawaii born, New Zealand bred : this fledgling of a musical dynasty maybe best known for her work with New Zealand based neo-soul mega-band Brockaflower. Now standing in her own light, Zoe is quickly earning a reputation in her own right creating what she calls Folk RnB. So keep your ears peeled for her sound and eyes out for the great performances by this unique and engaging artist.
